Heard the counsel for petitioner, and the learned Government Pleader for Services (Telangana) for respondents. 2.

The petitioner has filed this Writ Petition challenging the inaction of 2nd respondent in disposing of an appeal preferred by petitioner against an order dt.20.04.2016 of the 3rd respondent rejecting petitioner's objection to the placing of 4th respondent above him in the Seniority List for the post of Deputy Tahsildar. 3.

The learned Government Pleader for Services, appearing for respondents, states that 2nd respondent will consider the said appeal of petitioner within a period of eight (08) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, and communicate his decision thereon to petitioner.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
