Petitioner's grievance is that petitioner had given a representation to the 5th respondent on 26.02.2018 for shifting of his A4 shop from its existing location to another location and that the respondents have not taken any action thereon.

Learned Government Pleader for Prohibition and Excise appearing for respondents' states that 5th respondent will forward the said representation to 2nd respondent who will take action thereon within four
(4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order and communicate his decision to petitioner.

Recording the same, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 5th respondent to forward the said representation to 2nd respondent and on receipt of the same the 2nd respondent shall take action thereon within four
(4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order and communicate his decision to petitioner. There shall be no order as to costs. 4.
Consequently, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
