THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO CRIMINAL REVISION CASE No.1440 OF 2016 ORDER:

This Criminal Revision Case is filed by A.2 seeking to set aside the order of X Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Nampally at Hyderabad dated 19.5.2016, whereby the learned Magistrate dismissed Crl.M.P.No.1203 of 2016 filed by the petitioner to recall the Non-Bailable Warrants issued against the petitioner in C.C.No.111 of 2011.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor. Perused the material on record. In the circumstances of the case, the petitioner is directed to surrender before the Court below and file an application seeking to recall the warrant. On filing such application, the Court below is directed to recall the Warrant issued against the petitioner on the same day on execution of a bond by the petitioner for a sum of Rs.5,000/- with one surety for the likesum with an undertaking for his future appearance before the trial Court on all hearing dates.

The Criminal Revision Case is accordingly disposed of. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
