ORDER: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This Writ Petition is filed for the following substantive relief:
" to issue as order or direction more in the nature of writ of mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in issuing the proceedings No.Estt/WCE/APHB, dt.14.12.2005 and the consequential orders issued by the Executive
Engineer, AP Housing Board Nizamabad dt.14.12.2005 and subsequent order dt.15.12.2005 of respondent No.4 and respondent No.5 as illegal, arbitrary and further direct the respondent to continue the petitioners as NMRS in Nizamabad Division."
At the hearing, Mr. D.Rama Krishna, learned counsel representing Mr. P.Raghavendar Reddy, the learned counsel for the petitioners, submitted that as the petitioners are being continued, the Writ Petition is not required to be adjudicated on merits.
In view of the same, Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
As a sequel to dismissal of the Writ Petition, interim order, dated 03.01.2006, in WPMP.No.34752 of 2005 is vacated and WPMP.No.34752 of 2005 filed by the petitioners for interim relief is dismissed as infructuous.
