This petition is filed by the petitioners-A1 to A3 under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings in Cr.No.79 of 2017 on the file of the Asifnagar Police Station, Hyderabad, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498-A, 323 and 506 IPC and 3 and 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act.

Heard learned for the petitioners and the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor representing the State. 3.

Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor would submit that charge sheet is already filed in this case. 4.

Under these circumstances, nothing survives for adjudication. However, the petitioners-A1 to A3 are at liberty to work out the remedies available under law. 5.

With the above observation, the Criminal Petition is disposed of. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this petition shall stand closed.
