Heard.

Alleging that the respondents were threatening to disconnect the power supply to the petitioners' houses, this Writ Petition is filed.

This Court, by order dated 20.02.2013, directed the respondents not to disconnect the power supply to the petitioners houses, provided there were no arrears on their service connections.

4.

According to learned counsel for the petitioners, pursuant to the interim order passed by this Court, power supply to the petitioners' houses is continued.

Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents not to disconnect the petitioners' power supply, unless they defaulted in payment of electricity charges or violated any of the terms of granting power supply. There shall be no order as to costs. Pending Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
