THE HONOURABLE DR. JUSTICE D.NAGARJUN CRIMINAL PETITION No.536O of 2O2O ORDER:
This Criminal Petition is filed seeking quashment of FIR No.426 of 2O2O of Women Police Station, DD, Hyderabad, registered against petitioners/Accused for the offence under Sections 498-A,42O of the Indian Penal Code, Section 4 and 6 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.
02. No representation on behalf of the petitioners as well as respondent No.2. Even after posting this matter under the caption "infructuous matter", there is no representation on behalf of the petitioners.
03. Sri S.Ganesh, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor for respondent No. 1/State has submitted that police have completed the investigation, filed charge sheet, which was taken on file as C.C.No.12510 of 2O2I on the file of learned XIII Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad and case is posted for compromise between the parties and to that extent he has filed a copy of'proceedings downloaded from E-Courts pertaining to this case.

In vier," of the facts and circumstances, since thc investigation is completed and charge sheet is filed, the very purpose of Iiiirrg the Criminal Petition to quash the proceedings in FIR No.426 of 2O2O is defeated and thereby the Criminal Petition has become inlructuous and liable to be dismissed.
05. Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
As a sequel, pending Miscellaneous Applications, if any, shall stand closed.
