HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.14057 OF 2018 O R D E R :

The case of the petitioner is that the respondents without conducting any enquiry have removed him from service only on the ground that he was involved in a criminal case vide SC.No.824/2010; and that the petitioner was acquitted in the said criminal case on 08.11.2012 by the Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad.

Thereafter, the petitioner submitted written representation to the 3rd respondent on 31.01.2018 requesting them to reinstate him into service. As the same is not being disposed of, present writ petition is filed.

In view of the above, since the representation of the petitioner dated 31.01.2018 is pending before the respondents, the competent authority is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner and take action, in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
