This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the 4th and 5th respondents in calling the petitioners to Choppadandi Police Station of Karimnagar, frequently, and in directing them to execute and register a Conveyance Deed in favour of one Alapati Koteswara Rao. Heard learned counsel for petitioners.
Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions dt.05.08.2019 produced by Asst.Sub-Inspector of Police, Choppadandi P.S., Karimnagar District. To the extent of their relevance to the present writ petition, the said instructions read as under:
" It is respectfully submitted that the allegations made by the petitioner, that the respondent No.4 & 5 are calling him to police station, detaining them and directing them to execute a conveyance deed in favour of Alapati Koteswara Rao is false and denied herewith, as the respondent No.4 & 5 never called the petitioner to police station, nor detained him, nor directed them to execute any conveyance deed.
It is respectfully submitted that the respondent police never interfered in the civil disputes of the petitioner. That the petitioner was never called to police station at any point of time and there is no complaint given against him in Choppadandi police station." Recording the aforesaid written instructions the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent police not to interfere with the civil
disputes of the petitioners nor pressurize the petitioner to execute any conveyance deed. No order as to costs.
As a sequel, miscellaneous applications, if any, pending shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
