THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SEETHARAMA MURTI WRIT PETITION No.14132 of 2018 ORDER:
In this writ petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the complaint of the petitioner is against the action of the respondent Police Officers in calling him to the Police Station and harassing him and threatening his family members, without following the procedure established by law.

I have heard the submissions of Sri Asad Hussain, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, and of the learned Government Pleader for Home (Telangana), appearing for the respondents 1 to 6. I have perused the material record. 3.
At the hearing, learned Government Pleader for Home, on oral instructions, submits that on the report of one Nanavath Rediya, a case in Crime No.588 of 2017 was registered by the Station House Officer, Ghatkeshwar Police Station, Rachakonda District, on 04.12.2017, against P.V.Subbamma and others, for the offences punishable under Sections 447, 427, 420, 468, 471 & 120-B of Indian Penal Code, 1860, and that though the petitioner is not originally arraigned as an accused in the said crime, he was later arraigned as an accused during the course of investigation and that the Investigating Officer is fairly and properly investigating into the said crime. A copy of the FIR is furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner.

Recording the submissions, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 6th respondent not to call the petitioner to the Police
MSRM, J W.P.No.14132 of 2018 Station, except in connection with the investigation into the aforestated crime, that too without following the procedure established by law. There shall be no order as to costs. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed in the light of this final order.
