This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the following relief: "to issue writ, order or directions more in the nature of Writ of Mandamus to declare the provisions of Prize Chits and Money circulation scheme (Banning) Act, 1978 do not apply to the petitioner company and consequently quash the FIR No.5/2011, dt.18-2-2011 registered by the1st and 2nd respondent registered for alleged violation of the provisions of the said Act."

When the matter is called, it is agreed by learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Home for respondents 1 to 3 and learned counsel for respondent No.4 that the present Writ Petition can be disposed of by continuing the interim orders granted by this Court on 19-04-2011 and keeping it open for the respondent authorities to proceed, in accordance with law. Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition stands disposed of, by making the interim order, dated 19-04-2011 as final order in the Writ Petition and with a further direction

to the respondent authorities to proceed, in accordance with law. There shall be no order as to costs.

The Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
