It is stated by learned Government Pleader for Revenue that the order passed by this Court has been considered and passed orders, and the same is not disputed by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

02. In the circumstances, I do not see any reason to take further steps in the matter. The contempt case is accordingly closed. If so advised, it is open for the petitioner to challenge the order if it is adversarial to the petitioner. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending shall also stand closed. No order as to costs.
