THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY CONTEMPT CASE No. 1168 of 2018 ORDER:

This Contempt Case is filed alleging willful violation of the order dated 31.07.2017 passed by this Court in WP.No.25305 /2017. Learned Counsel for the petitioner as well as Sri J.Srinivasa Rao, learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondents submits that the order in the writ petition has been implemented and that no further orders are required to be passed in the Contempt Case. Recording the aforesaid submission of learned counsel on either side, the Contempt Case is closed. If, still, petitioner is aggrieved by any of the proceedings issued by the respondents in pursuance to the orders in the writ petition, petitioner is at liberty to challenge the said proceedings, in accordance with law.
