THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO CRIMINAL PETITION No.3358 OF 2016 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed by the accused seeking to set aside the order of VIII Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad dated 21.1.2016 in C.C.No.507 of 2012 in issuing Non-Bailable Warrant against the petitioner-accused.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor. Perused the material on record. In the circumstances of the case, the petitioner is directed to surrender before the Court below and file an application seeking to recall the warrant. On filing such application, the Court below is directed to recall the Warrant issued against the petitioner on the same day on execution of a bond by the petitioner for a sum of Rs.1,000/- with one surety with an undertaking for his further appearance for trial before it. The Criminal Petition is accordingly disposed of. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
