Sri N.Mohan Krishna, learned counsel for the appellant, addressed letter dated 24.10.2018 to the Registry stating that he has been instructed to withdraw the appeal since the matter was settled outside the Court. Hence, the M.A.C.M.A. is dismissed as withdrawn. Interim order dated 22.02.2011 shall stand vacated. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
