Raja Malla Reddy COUNSEL FOR THE RESPONDENT : The Public Prosecutor (TG) Petition under section 438 of Cr.PC., praying that in the circumstances stated in the memo of grounds filed herein, the High Court may be pleased to enlarge the petitioners herein on bail in the event of their arrest in FIR No. 182 of 2014 on the file of P.S. Yedpally, Nizamabad District, pending investigation, if any and trial of the said Crime, the Court made the following ORDER:

The petitioners, who are A-4 to A-7 in Crime No.182 of 2014 of Yedpally Police Station, Nizamabad District, registered for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 338, 427, 506, 307, 354 and 149 IPC, filed this petition under Section 438 of Cr.P.C., seeking anticipatory bail. The allegations against the petitioners are that they along with others went to the house of the de facto complainant and attacked the de facto complainant and his family members with sticks, stones and bricks and caused serious injuries and also tried to outrage the modesty of their women. It is submitted that all the petitioners are students and the investigation is also completed and charge sheet has been filed. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. (Contd. 2. )

In the circumstances, the petitioners- A-4 to A-7 are directed to surrender before the Investigating Officer within ten days from today and on such surrender, they shall be enlarged on bail on their executing personal bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) each with two sureties each for the like sum each to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer. Further, the petitioners are directed to report before the Station House Officer concerned, daily between 10.00 a.m. and 5.00 p.m., for a period of (15) days and to co-operate with the investigation.
