Heard Sri Nagaraju Naguru, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri B.G.Ravinder Reddy, learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondents 1 to 5.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the father of the petitioner namely late Suryanarayana was working in 5th respondent office. While so, he died on 16.07.2008. He submits that the petitioner made several representations to the authorities requesting to provide suitable job on compassionate grounds. He also made representation on 21.08.2017.

Since, the representation of the petitioner is stated to be pending before the competent authority and it is for the competent authority to consider the same.

In view of same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the competent authority is directed to dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 21.08.2017 in accordance with the Regulations, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
