HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION No. 23610 OF 2004 ORDER :

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned standing counsel for the respondents submits that the petitioner is challenging the suspension orders and during the pendency of the writ petition the suspension of the petitioner was revoked and punishment was also imposed. The petitioner was also promoted as Assistant Divisional Engineer and contends that the cause in the writ petition does not survive.

This court is of the considered view that the cause in the writ petition does not survive and the Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed. The Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. _______________________________ ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI, J 17th December, 2018 GS*
