HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.24656 OF 2007 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed challenging the notice dated 10.11.2007 issued by the 3rd respondent under Section 7 of the Land Encroachment Act.

This Court has not granted any stay at the time of admitting the writ petition.

Today, when the matter came up for hearing learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue produced proceedings dated 21.11.2007 issued under Section of the Land Encroachment Act and also speaking order dated 21.11.2007. In view of the above, the cause in the writ petition does not survive. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to challenge the aforesaid proceedings issued under Section 6 of the Act.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. However it is open for the petitioner to challenge the aforesaid proceedings issued under Section 6 of the Act. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
