HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.33723 OF 2016 O R D E R :

This petition is filed for a writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in not carrying out entries in the online revenue records and issuing e-pass book in favour of the petitioner in respect of the land in Sy.No.45/2, 45/3, 46/1 admeasuring Ac14-50 cents in the revenue records with respect to Ryotwari Patta granted in the name of the father of the petitioner Late P.Babu Naidu by the Assistant Settlement Officer, Chittoor, Kalahasti Taluk, Chittoor District, as illegal and arbitrary.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is represented by Sri L.Ravi Chander, learned senior counsel for the petitioner that this Court in similar circumstances disposed of W.P.No.30528 of 2016 vide order dated 14.09.2016 and the same is not disputed by the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue. For the reasons alike, without expressing any opinion on merits, this writ petition is disposed of directing the 4th respondent to dispose of the application filed by the petitioner for carrying out entries in the online revenue records and for issuance of E-pass books, in accordance with law within a period of four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
