Heard Ms.Parineeta for petitioner and the Assistant Government Pleader for Assignment.

Ms.Parineeta after arguing the writ petition for some time and realizing the difficulty in convincing the Court on account of few omissions, does not press the writ prayer, but seeks liberty to file writ petition afresh with complete details and with comprehensive reliefs.

The request is though opposed, keeping in view the omissions, this Court considers it just to permit the petitioner to withdraw the writ petition by granting liberty as prayed for. The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn by granting liberty as prayed for. No order as to costs.
