Veeravalli Vijaya Rama Rao, v. The State Of Telangana,
HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE VILAS V.AFZULPURKAR W.P.No.9476 of 2015 ORDER:
Heard.
The petitioner complains that the 3rd respondent and his subordinates are visiting his house and are repeatedly harassing him though no crime is registered against him.
Learned Government Pleader has received instructions, which state that a case in Cr.No.771 of 2009 was registered, investigated and charge-sheet was filed against A1 to A4, who are persons different from the petitioner. Subsequently, the same was taken cognisance by the XIV Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Cyberabad and numbered as C.C.No.393 of 2013 in which NBWs are stated to be pending since 2013. Since the care of address of A3 and A4 shows the name and address of the petitioner, constable of the 3rd respondent police station visited the house of the petitioner to serve NBWs against A3 and A4 and in that connection, the said constable only enquired with the petitioner and his son about the whereabouts of A3 and A4. However, the allegation of the petitioner that the police are repeatedly visiting his house and harassing him is denied.
Since the 3rd respondent has already explained the circumstances under which he met the petitioner, no further directions are called for at the present.
Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. No order as to costs.
The miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
