THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.7265 of 2011 ORDER:

In this petition filed under Section Cr.P.C., petitioner/accused seeks to quash the proceedings against him in Crime No.333 of 2011 of Station House Officer, Miyapur, Cyberabad.

While so, today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor by filing a letter dated 11-5-2017, issued by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Miyapur Police Station, Ranga Reddy District, would submit that in this case, the matter has been referred as "Action Drop" on 21-8-2011 and accordingly, final report was filed before the IX M.M. Miyapur and prayed that the petition may be dismissed as infructuous.

There is no representation for the petitioner. In view of the above submission of learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
