When the matter came up for hearing on 22.06.2018, none appeared and no representation was made on behalf of the petitioners.

Today also, none appears and no representation is made on behalf of the petitioners. Learned counsel appearing for the contesting respondents as well as learned Standing Counsel appearing for the 3rd respondent reported that the petitioners are not working as Lecturers and hence, the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication.

Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
