This application is filed seeking to permit the petitioner/accused herein to comply with the final order dated 16.04.2024 passed by this Hon'ble Court in Clr R C No. 209 of 2014 by extending time for a period of 15 days or to any particular date subject to the discretion of this Court. Heard learned counsel appearing on either side. On perusal of the reasons stated in the application, this Court do not find any reasons to grant relief as sought by the petitioner in l.A. No. 1 of 2026. However, as a last opportunity one (01) week time is granted to the petitioner to comply with the order dated 16.O4.2024 passed in Crl.R.C. No. 209 ot 2014, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
