THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V. SESHA SAI CONTEMPT CASE No.1297 of 2016 ORDER:

This contempt case is filed under Sections 10 to 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, alleging willful disobedience of the orders of this Court passed on 29-04-2016 in W.P.M.P.No.19121 of 2016 in W.P.No.15430 of 2016. When the matter is called today, it is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that pursuant to the interim orders of this Court respondents have passed the orders on the representation of the petitioner, as such, nothing survives for adjudication in the present Contempt Case. Recording the said submission, the contempt case is dismissed.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed in the light of this final order. There shall be no order as to costs.
