Heard Mrs. Padma Sharanappa for petitioner and Mr. Narender Reddy for sixth respondent.

Petitioner complains against unauthorized and illegal action of seventh respondent in undertaking and laying pipeline through petitioner's land in Sy.No.172 of Pati Village, Patancheru Village, Medak District under the supervision of respondents 2, 5 and 6 as illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional.

From the material placed on record, it is clear the petitioner has been making efforts to prevent unauthorized laying of sewage pipeline through Sy.No.172 of Pati village. From the other annexures filed in the writ petition, it is clear the respondents did not take any action and further the work of laying pipeline is going on unhindered.
Having regard to the complaint of petitioner and the need for respondents to look into the grievance, this Court is satisfied the writ petition can be ordered as follows:
a) Petitioner is given liberty to resubmit representations along with the copy of this order to respondents 2, 5 and 6 within one week from today.
b) The respondents, on receipt of representation, are directed to examine the complaint of petitioner in accordance with law and pass orders necessary in this behalf within further period of two (2) weeks.
As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs. ____________ S. V. BHATT, J November 4, 2016 DSK
