THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR CRIMINAL PETITION No.10673_OF 2016 ORDER:

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor. Perused the material on record.

2. The present Criminal Petition came to be filed by the petitioners/A.1 to A.4 under Section 438 Cr.P.C., seeking release in the event of their arrest in Crime No.271 of 2016 of Shadnagar Police Station, Mahaboobnagar District, registered for the offence punishable under Section 384 IPC.

3. In view of the earlier order dated 20.06.2016 passed in Criminal Petition No.8496 of 2016 by this Court, wherein this Court directed stay of arrest of the petitioners for a period of two (02) months, which expires in second week of August, 2016, this petition is premature.

4. In view of the above, the Criminal Petition is dismissed giving liberty to the petitioners to renew their request after expiry of the said period.
