This Criminal Revision Case is filed under Sections 397 and 401 of Cr.P.C. challenging the order dated 06.12.2016 passed in Crl.M.P.No.1690 of 2016 in C.C.No.211 of 2015 on the file of the Court of the Special Magistrate-II, Cyberabad at Malkajgiri. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the criminal revision case. Permission is granted.

Accordingly, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as withdrawn.
