Petition under Section 438 of Cr.P.C., praying that in the circumstances stated in the petition and the grounds filed herein, the High Court may be pleased to grant Anticipatory Bail to the Petitioner/Sole accused in Crime No. 94 of 2015 of S.H.O., Malkapuram Police Station, Visakhapatnam City and to direct the S.H.O., Malkapuram Police Station Law and Order, Visakhapatnam City, Visakhapatnam District that in the event of arrest of the petitioner/sole accused that the petitioner/sole accused shall be released on bail in Crime No. 94 of 2015, dated 29-05-2015 of S.H.O., Malkapuram Police Station, Law and Order, Visakhapatnam City, Visakhapatnam District for the alleged offence under Section 498-A of I.P.C.
