Heard Mr.P.Thirumala Rao, counsel for the petitioner and the Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue for the respondents. 2.

The petitioner invokes the jurisdiction of the Court against the limited grievance of inaction of respondents in considering and disposing of representation, dated 05.12.2017, made for entry of petitioner's name in revenue record and thereafter issue pattadar passbooks/title deeds for agricultural land in an extent of Ac.1.20 guntas in Survey No.73/1 of Thattiannaram Village, presently Abdullahpurmet Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, as illegal and unconstitutional.

The petitioner, to evidence the prima facie record and entries in petitioner's favour, relies on Supplemental Sethwar of the year 1986, the copy obtained on 22.11.2014, and requests the Court to direct the respondents to pass orders on the pending representation.

I have perused the record and prima facie of the view to meet the ends of justice, the 4th respondent can be directed to dispose of representation filed by petitioner, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within three (03) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. The petitioner is given liberty to re-submit the representation, dated 05.12.2017, by enclosing a copy of this order within four (04) weeks from today.
