Again when the matter was listed for admission on 07.07.2017, a request was made for a further adjournment. It was accordingly directed to be posted 'For Dismissal' on 10.07.2017.

Today, though the matter appears under the caption 'For Dismissal', there is no representation, yet again, for the petitioner or its learned counsel when the matter is taken up for hearing. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed for non-prosecution. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
