THE HON'BLE SMT JUSTI CE KONGARA VI JAYA LAKSHMI Writ Petition No.24668 of 2007 Order:

This Writ Petition is filed to declare the action of the respondent in canceling the allotment of subject plot vide proceedings dated 08.08.2006 as illegal and arbitrary.

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner filed a memo stating that when a letter was addressed to the father of the petitioner on 28.10.2018 the same was returned with an endorsement "addressee is no more" and again when a letter was addressed to the petitioner the same was also returned with an endorsement dated 03.11.2018 "not in town". It is further stated that in spite of his best efforts the writ petitioner could not be contacted and, hence, learned counsel reported no instruction on behalf of the petitioner. In view of the said memo filed by the learned counsel for the petitioner stating that there are no instructions on behalf of the petitioner, no further orders are necessary in the writ petition. The Writ Petition is, accordingly, closed. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
