Aggrieved by non-disposal of appeal filed by the petitioner dated 25-02-2017 against the proceedings dated 22-12-2016, the present writ petition is filed. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri M.S.R.Chandra Murthy, learned Standing Counsel for respondents 2 and 3.

Since the appeal is pending before the 2nd respondent, the 2nd respondent is directed to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
