HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO WRIT PETITION No:27861 OF 2016 ORDER:

The present writ petition is filed by the petitioner under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent to take action against the 3rd respondent and to provide protection for construction of a compound wall.

Heard and perused the material available on record. 3.

In the affidavit, it is stated that the petitioner started constructing a compound wall over the schedule property and the 3rd respondent demolished the same and the petitioner informed the same to the 2nd respondent on 23.7.2016 and sought to provide necessary protection for construction of the compound wall. The 2nd respondent did not take any action against the 3rd respondent and he is calling the petitioner to settle the dispute with the 3rd respondent.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the grievance of the petitioner, the Writ Petition is disposed of with the following direction:

"The 2nd respondent is directed to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 23.7.2016 and pass orders in accordance with law."

No costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
