THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE MUMMINENI SUDHEER KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.24551 of2022 ORDER:

It is the case of the petitioner that, he succeeded the land to an extent of Ac.1-00 gts., in Sy.No.7/E/1 situated at Kollur village, Aler Mandal, Yadadri Bhuvanagiri District and was also issued old pattedar passbook in respect of the said extent of land vide Khata No.199 and the name of the petitioner was also reflected in all the revenue records including Form-IB. However, the said extent is not updated in Dharani Portal, and the petitioner was issued ne\v pattedar passbook bearing No.T3002008O123 in respect of other extent of land and the land in question admeasuring 1-00 gts., in Sy.No.7/A/1 is missing in the said passbook. Under those circumstances, the petitioner made online vide application No.220O0OO 1695 and 22OOOO0 1682 seeking rectilication of said mistake. The petitioner also claims to have submitted physical application to the respondent No.3 herein on 2O.O5.202O. In spite of said online applications as well as written

representation submitted by the petitioner, the request of lhe petitioner is still pending consideration before the respondents. Under those circumstances, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks appropriate orders to be passed in the present writ petition directing the respondents to consider the said applications submitted by the petitioner.

2. Learned Assistant Government Pleader submitted that the application of the petitioner could be considered by the respondents in accordance with the law. 3.

Taking into consideration of the facts and circumstances of the case, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents to consider the representation through online vide application No.22000001695 and 22OOO001682 submitted by the petitioner for rectification of mistake and for entering the said extent of Ac.1-00 gts., in Sy.No.7/E/ 1 situated at Kollur village, Aler Mandal, Yadadri Bhuvanagiri District in new pattedar passbook of the petitioner and for updating in Dharani Portal within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4. It is needless to observe that the respondents while considering the application filed by the petitioner, shall put all the interested parties on notice while considering the application of the petitioner as directed above.

5. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
