HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.16509 of 2019 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed for the following substantial relief: "... to issue a Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 1st Respondent in rejecting affiliation of the 2nd Petitioner Institutions for Pharma D course for the academic year 201920 as arbitrary, illegal and unconstitutional apart from being in contravention of the law declared by the Honourable Supreme Court and set aside the same and to consequently direct the 1st Respondent University to grant affiliation to the Petitioner Institution for the course of Pharma D as permitted by the AICTE and PCI for the academic year of 2019-20 and pass such further or other orders as the Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case."

Sri A.Abhishek Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for respondent No.1 university, fairly concedes that by oversight, no orders were issued by respondent No.1 university in respect of Pharma-D courses and within a week, respondent No.1 University will issue necessary orders.

Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of.

Pending Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
