THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE RAMESH RANGANATHAN CONTEMPT CASE NO.2025 OF 2013 ORDER:

The order of this Court in W.P.No.3560 of 2013 dated 27.02.2013 required the Tahsildar to issue notices afresh, fix the date of enquiry, give both the parties an opportunity of being heard and, thereafter, pass a reasoned order in accordance with law. In compliance with the aforesaid order, the third respondent has passed an order dated 03.01.2014.

It is evident, therefore, that the order of this Court has not been violated.

I see no reason, therefore, to proceed against the respondents under the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971. The Contempt Case is, accordingly, closed.
