The case of the petitioners is that they made application for survey on 27-02-2017 in respect of subject lands i.e. Ac.2-00 cents of land in Sy.No.379/1H, 379/1/I and 379/1K of Dowlaiswaram Village, East Godavari District of the 1st petitioner and Ac.5-00 cents of land in Sy.No.378/1 of Dowlaiswaram Village of the 2nd petitioner. As no action has been taken, the present writ petition is filed.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, who submits that the petitioners have to submit necessary documents along with the application.

In view of the same, the 3rd respondent is directed to dispose of the application dated 27-02-2017 made by the petitioners. It is open for the petitioners to submit necessary documents in support of their application. Said exercise shall be done within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition,

miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
