HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.16553 OF 2019 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed aggrieved by inaction of respondents in taking action on the complaint lodged by the petitioner dated 27-07-2019.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home basing on instructions submits that crime is registered against the petitioner and anotice under Section 41-A Cr.P.C. was issued to him. He also submits that except investigating the matter, respondent-police are not interfering in civil disputes. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though petitioner filed O.S.No.534 of 2019 on the file of XIII Additional District Judge, Ranga Reddy and the same is pending. But the respondent-police are pressurizing the petitioner and interfering in the civil dispute, which is the subject matter of the said suit and that petitioner made representation on 27-072019. But no action has been taken on the same.

Recording the statement made by learned Assistant Government Pleader, the writ petition is disposed of directing respondents 3 and 4 not to interfere with the civil disputes nor life and liberty of the petitioner except in accordance with law. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed. _________________________ A.
