HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE V. RAMASUBRAMANIAN Civil Revision Petition No.2600 of 2018 ORDER:

The limited prayer with which the petitioner has come up with the above revision is to direct the Civil Court to dispose of a suit, within a time frame.

2. Heard Mr. M. Srinivasa Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. The petitioner is a senior citizen. Therefore, he prays for early disposal of the suit.

4. Normally we would not entertain such a request, since the High Court has issued a circular to focus on five year old suits.

5. But considering the circumstances in this case, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of directing the trial Court to make endeavour to dispose of the suit within a period of four (4) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
