THE HON'BLE DR. JUSTICE B.SIVA SANKARA RAO CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.4604 OF 2015 ORDER:

The counsel for respondent says the main petition itself was dismissed one year back and not restored much less with any appeal or revision against it, the relief became infructuous.

Recording the said submission, this civil revision petition is dismissed as infructuous. It is made clear that if at all the petitioner/s can show that the main case is pending and the cause in revision still survives, they have to file application within one week from today with proof for restoration.

Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration, if any, in this case shall stand closed in consequence. There shall be no order as to costs.
