It is submitted by the learned counsel for appellant that the appellant in the present case is no more and her legal representatives are not coming forward to get themselves impleaded as legal representatives of the deceased appellant and there are no instructions to him from the legal representatives of the deceased appellant.

3. Recording the same, the appeal is dismissed as abated. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this appeal shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
