HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITON No.16531 of 2019 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed seeking to declare the action of the respondent Police in not taking action on the complaint, dated 10.6.2019, of the petitioner as illegal and arbitrary.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home submits that the respondent Police never received any complaint as alleged by the petitioner. In view of the same, the Writ Petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to make a complaint to the Police concerned and on receipt of the same, the respondent Police shall take appropriate action in accordance with law.

As a sequel, Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
