THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE SANJAY KUMAR AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE K.LAKSHMAN WRI T PETI TI ON NO.16513 OF 2019 ORDER: (per SK,J) Challenge in this writ petition was to Auction Notice dated 18.07.2019 issued by the State Bank of India whereby it proposed to hold the auction sale of the property on 05.08.2019. While so, Sri M.Srikanth Reddy, learned counsel appearing for the State Bank of India, would inform this Court that the auction sale held on 05.08.2019 came to naught for want of bidders. In that view of the matter, the challenge in this writ petition has worked itself out.

The writ petition is accordingly dismissed on this short ground leaving all issues open. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
