ORDER:

Petitioner challenges the order of suspension before the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal (APAT), Hyderabad, in O.A.No.5351 of 2013. The Tribunal, by order dated 15.07.2013, suspended the order of suspension. In compliance, by order dated 13.09.2013, revoked the order of suspension w.e.f. 15.07.2013. In view of the order, dated 13.09.2013, which is produced by the learned Government Pleader, the directions issued by the Tribunal are complied with and, therefore, no case is made out for initiating the proceedings under the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, against the respondents. Contempt Case (TR) is accordingly closed. Miscellaneous petitions if any pending in this contempt shall stand closed.
