THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.K.JAISWAL Transfer Criminal Petition No.199 of 2016 ORDER:

The petitioner seeks for transfer of C.C.No.274 of 2014 from the file of the XIV Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad, L.B.Nagar to any Metropolitan Magistrate Court at Secunderabad.

The ground on which the petitioner seeks for transfer is that she has life threat in the hands of the accused and their family members. No proof is filed that the petitioner has life threat in the hands of the accused and their family members. Therefore, the said ground is untenable and cannot be countenanced.

I, therefore, see no merits in this petition. This Transfer Criminal Petition, consequently, is dismissed.

The miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Transfer Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
