THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V. BHATT WRIT PETITION No.15873 of 2013 ORDER:

The Petitioners complain against alleged interference by respondent Nos. 4 and 5 while investigating FIR No. 405 of 2012 on the file of Begumpet Police Station, Hyderabad, is illegal and unconstitutional.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader, on instructions, states that it is a fact that the petitioners herein are not the accused in FIR No.405 of 2012, but on account of the petitioners relationship with accused in FIR No. 405 of 2012, the police merely called for investigation and later on as no incriminating material is found against the petitioners, the police have not summoned the petitioners for any purpose.

The statement is placed on record.

Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this case shall stand disposed of.
