ORDER

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to prefer an appeal against the order of dismissal. Permission as sought for is accorded.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to prefer an appeal against the order of dismissal within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is needless to state that the appellate authority shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders, as early as possible, preferably, within a period of four months thereafter, in accordance with law. No costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, pending, if any, shall stand closed.
