HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 3946 of 2012 ORDER:

It is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the order dated 11.05.2011 passed by the third respondent in Rc.No.8A/5/1420 was challenged by way of appeal. By an order dated 19.07.2014 the R.D.O. Penukonda, cancelled the orders passed by by the Tahsildar, Parigi and directed him to take action as per Sections 10 (1) and 10 (2) of the Survey and Boundaries Act, 1923.

In view of the above, the petitioners shall work out their remedies before the Tahsildar, Parigi, to whom the matter has been remanded back by the Revenue Divisional officer, Penukonda.

With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
